This handbag charm is made using a mxiture of tibetan silver heart charms, sparkley crystal, a swarovski crystal shamballa bead, a glass lampwork heart bead and a small vial containing grains of rice which can be personalised with the names/words/dates of your choice.

Refunds/Exchanges
Customised Items
Upon completion of a custom made item, and before I send the item out to you, I will send you a photo via email for your approval, this is to ensure that you are completely happy with it and this gives us a chance to make any changes if needed before you receive the finished piece. The reason I do this is because I cannot offer refunds on custom made items as these cannot be resold, If, however, you consider an item to be faulty on arrival then please contact me and we'll work out a solution - either a repair/replacement or a refund. In these circumstances I will be refund the postage in getting the faulty goods back to me.
Please note that with some custom orders, I will need to order certain beads/charms to suit your order, so there may be upto a 2 week wait for these items. This is not the case with all items, once receiving your order I will contact you with further details. If your order is urgent please contact me before hand and I will discuss this with you.
Non custom items
If you are not happy with your item then I will happily take it back and refund the cost of the item via PayPal, provided it comes back to me in the same state which it left me. Please note that the cost of shipping the item back to me remains the responsibility of the buyer in such circumstances.
Occasionally, stuff in the post does go missing. If you think this has happened with your item please contact me and we'll try to sort out a solution.
Bespoke Service

I love to make jewellery and keepsakes to order if you have something special in mind. Maybe a piece of jewellery to suit an item of clothing, or a special custom piece for a special person or maybe you've seen something in my store which you would like in a different colour, or slightly altered in some way. i.e. a different bead, charm, material. Please contact me and we can discuss your requirements.
Please note, as mentioned above, that custom orders will generally involve me ordering materials in from my suppliers specially for your item. As such, I will require cleared payment in advance (once we have agreed a price).
**Please also note that custom orders will also take longer for me to fulfil for the same reason so please allow a week or two if ordering for a special occasion. Once the item is ready though, it will be shipped within 24 hours.
Payment should be made at the time your order is placed. Any transaction which is not completed within 24 hours will be cancelled. At this time the item will be re-listed for sale.
Each grain of rice can be personalised with the name/word/date of your choice, each vial contains upto 5 grains. Please add these details in the box provided in the Checkout.
