I love art and can’t remember a time when I wasn’t drawing or making something. I knew that when I finished school I wanted to go to art college and that’s what I did, graduating in 2000 with a degree in illustration. That was the easy bit, well kind of, now I was stuck not knowing what to do next and ended up finding work in a completely unrelated field.

I've always made cards for family and friends and started creating them under the name Bee Designs when I was a teenager. Since finishing university I started doing this more and more and gradually began receiving orders, it got me thinking that this is something I can do as well as the day job and so set up a website and started exhibiting at craft fairs.

Over the years Bee Designs has grown and the range has developed to include a variety of papergoods including greetings cards, handbound books and artwork.
