If an item is custom made to order we will begin to work our creative magic once we have received payment, so prompt payment (within 24 hours please) works best for all. Ready to Ship items will be sent out once Payment has been received.
Please contact us if there are any issues with your order. We want your shopping experience to be a happy one and will do our best to sort out any problems as quickly as possible. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order if for any reason you are not a happy bunny. Please contact us before returning any items, the item must be returned within 10 days of receipt, please obtain proof of postage from those wonderful people at the Post Office. If the condition of the goods differs from that which was sent out, we reserve the right to refuse such returns. Any refunds due will be issued via Paypal for the price of the goods only - initial postage costs are non-refundable, but in cases where goods are not as ordered or damaged we will issue an additional refund of postage costs incurred while returning the order because we are not unreasonable people (unless cakes are involved!)

All of our Bella Bobbin items are personally handmade by us, most are ready to ship and some are made to order as per the description on the listing. All of our items are packaged and posted with much care. We actually love packing our items up, to us receiving a sweetly packaged item is all part of the customer experience, and who doesn't love getting parcels?! We use 1st Class Royal Mail, and will always obtain a proof of postage. Please contact us prior to making your purchase if you require a recorded postage option as this will incur extra costs.
Little Beach Hut Plaque - Classic
This picture is a unique design of our own, ready to ship. We have created this lovely art work using MDF shapes, good quality scrapbook paper, beautiful wallpaper and any other gorgeous papers we can get our hands on!
The shapes have been glued onto 4mm thick plywood with rounded edges, the picture is approximately 12.5cm x 12.5cm (5” x 5”). It has been sealed and finished with hardcoat pva and we have attached cord onto the back for hanging on the wall.
You will receive the picture photographed above, though if you like the idea but would prefer a different colour scheme, size or orientation please let us know and we will gladly take orders.
