UK Standard Delivery - Royal Mail 1st Class Recorded Delivery
Our Standard service delivers promptly, usually within 1 to 3 working days following dispatch. We send all items as recorded delivery to ensure safe arrival. We will produce your order for dispatch the day it is received if ordered before 1pm or the following day if received after this time.


International Delivery - Royal Mail AirSure (Shipping Worldwide)
Once your biscuits have been dispatched we can forward a copy of the postal receipt as proof of dispatch and receipt. Please note that we cannot ensure your food items are not held by customs in the destination country and we cannot take responsibility for ensuring food items pass through customs nor can we give refunds for delays due to customs. (In our experience the countries most likely to hold up fresh food are Australia, the USA and the UAE).
