If you are ordering a customised or personalised bunting then I will begin to create your item once I have received payment. Therefore, prompt payment is required (within 24 hours) so that I can get to work straight away creating your item. If you have purchased an item that is ‘Ready to Go’ then it will be posted within 2 working days once payment has been received.
I take great care and pride in my work and I am sure that you will be completely happy with your purchase. If for some reason an item is faulty, I will accept a return. Please NOTIFY me of your reason and intent to return your goods within 7 days of receiving your item, and I will happily refund you once I have received the returned item, less the shipping costs. Any refunds will be issued via PayPal. Goods are returned at your cost unless there has been a mistake on my part. I will not however make a refund for the return postage – this is your responsibility. Items must be returned in their original condition, if the items are received back damaged (other than postal damage) then only a part refund will be made. When returning items, I would recommend that you obtain receipt of postage from the Post Office as proof of postage, as I am unable to accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit. As you would expect, all my Personalised, Custom or Made to Order Products are made to customer specifications, they are therefore, unless faulty, non-refundable.

All Blue Sky Bunting is personally handmade by myself and some are ready and waiting for their new home (‘Ready to Go’) and others are yet to be made specific to your requirements. Items that are ‘Ready to Go’ will be posted within 2 working days (although I aim to post the next working day!) All personalised and custom orders are posted within 21 days of receipt of payment. If you need your order quicker than this, let me know and I will always do my very best to help. All Blue Sky Bunting items will be carefully wrapped in tissue before being placed in secure packaging ready for transit. All items will be sent using 1st Class Royal Mail and proof of postage will always be obtained. Please contact me prior to making your purchase if you require a recorded postage option as this will incur extra costs.

Tilda Bunting
Beautiful Scandinavian style and very girly! I adore Tilda fabrics, designed by Tone Finnanger, for their excellent quality and gorgeous designs. Her fabrics really complement each other and for this bunting I have selected a colour pallet of pale aqua and pale pink. Delicate rose prints and lovely gingham sit really well alongside each other.
ABOUT - There are a range different fabric patterns in complementary colours. A mixture of gingham and scattered florals have been combined to create this bunting. I also have creating some MICRO bunting using the same fabrics in a separate listing.
DETAILS - This bunting has been carefully handmade by myself and consists of 12 double sided flags - each flag being backed with the same scrummy fabric so it can be strung across rooms, in windows etc and look just as lovely from behind too! Each flag measures 7" x 7" (18cm x 18cm) - give or take a smidge - with a gap of 2" between each flag with at least 50cm EXTRA at each end for ties. As I make my bunting in small batches, the actual fabric placement on the flags themselves may vary ever so slightly. However rest assured, your bunting will look as fabulous as the one pictured.
CUSTOM - If you would like your bunting to be shorter, longer, have a specific gap between flags or for the flags to be a different size, just get in touch. I would love to hear from you.
