We only accept payment via PayPal, as this is the quickest and most convenient way to pay for your items.
We do not accept payment via personal Cheque or bank transfer.
Goods will not be shipped until payment has been cleared.
You are important to us and we want you to have a great buying experience, but occasionally things can go wrong.
If you are unhappy with your item in any way please contact us so that we can rectify the problem. If we cannot resolve the problem we ask that you return the item in the condition you received it, within 14 days. We will then be happy to give you a full refund including return postage costs.
If you simply change your mind, you are then responsible for return postage and packaging cost. A refund of the initial order price will be issued upon receipt of the undamaged item.
We will always try to resolve any problem and answer any questions within 24 hours.

All our items are posted Royal Mail First Class, in a padded envelope or boxes.

I started making cards a few years ago when I could not find suitable ones for my daughter (she is not a girly girl, enjoys football too much) and then friends and family asked for unique cards and with lots of persuasion here we are.
My daughter and I now craft together and have expanded from just cards to gift bags and boxes of all shapes and sizes and just recently into notepads and journals.
We make quality handmade gift boxes and greeting cards. We offer a wide variety of elegant and unique designs for everyday and all occasions (from birthday and christening cards, to wedding, to anniversary).
