These terms apply specifically to our hand painted and commission items, all other items on our WowThankYou page adhere to their standard terms.
Colour & Design:
Every effort will be made to represent the colours and designs required as accurately as possible. However, since every item is unique and handpainted slight changes may occur, such is the nature of handpainted individualised work! Please contact me with your individual details required for your personalised name painting or box, unless seen different within the description the cost paid covers names of a maximum 12 Characters, dates of birth and baby birth weights can also be added at no extra charge and we can also add a special printed message below the name, on your name painting or underneath the box lid at no extra charge (maximum 15 characters) just advise me when you place your order.
Condition of Goods:
Every effort is made to check and double quality check goods prior to dispatch, however if there is a serious problem with an item please do get in touch. Please note, acceptable faults do not include hair line cracks in the wood as pine is a natural material subject to movement, this we cannot be held responsible for. In the case of requesting a return or refund the item must be returned within 28 days of receipt, which is deemed a reasonable time period after delivery. Please also ensure that the fault has not occurred through wear and tear. Please note, the item must be returned to us at the customers expense for inspection and refund eligibility!
Availability:
All of our items are subject to availability and at the point of order you will be given a quotation and approximate time limit of availability of product, for the toyboxes we say normally around 3 - 4 weeks, the name paintings ten days. As you can appreciate the boxes are carpenter made and handpainted rather than mass produced we make every effort to adhere to our quoted lead times should this be effected in anyway we will be in touch.

Safety:
Where the box is fitted with a stay, we still recommend appropriate supervision, if the stay fitted is deemed inappropriate for the customers use then we recommend customers source and fit additional stays as we will not and cannot be held responsible for any incidents that may occur with the boxes, Butterflyartworks, Toyboxart & Heidi Alexander-Sleap Art & Design merely source the boxes and handpaint the product we do not manufacture them.
