Refund/Exchange policy
A lot of care and attention has gone into designing and making my jewellery. If it arrives damaged, or has a fault, I will offer you a full refund upon return of the item if it is returned to me in its original packaging within 14 working days and you inform me within 7 working days of receipt of the item, then you can choose to have a full refund, a repair, or you can exchange it for something else, of the same value.
Any damage inflicted upon any item from ‘by Orla’, either by accident or intent, nullifies the above guarantee and will incur additional charges to rectify the damage.
In the absence of any fault with your jewellery, I will still accept returns, providing you contact me, and it is dispatched to me in perfect condition, and in the original packaging, within 7 days of you having received your order. Please note that bespoke jewellery cannot be returned nor, due to hygiene can earrings.
You are responsible for the shipping of the item. Please insure you send it with the correct insurance, as I am not able to accept responsibility for the non-arrival of returned goods.

In order for your jewellery to arrive as soon and safely as possible I always send it via Royal Mail Special Delivery next working day in the UK and internationally via International Signed for. This gives you the peace of mind of knowing it is also insured. If your order is over £500 then shipping in the UK is free.
Any item of jewellery ordered from the by Orla range will be shipped within 2 working days of receipt of payment.
Guitar Pick Monster Unleashed
A Unique, Sterling Silver, By Orla design, created for guitar players and music lovers. As each Monster is lovingly created by hand in my studio, no two are the same. Every Monster has an individual character. By adjusting the grip of the Monster, they can be made to hold any thickness of guitar pick ensuring that you always have a guitar pick to hand.
This Monster is not chained, tied or attached to anything. Slip him in your pocket, wallet etc where he will grip the pick you give him until you are ready to use it. Then simply remove the pick or use the pick while he is still holding it, to give you a better grip on the pick, making it less flexible. (Guitar pick not included). It comes in a beautiful presentation box.
If you are ordering a Monster for Christmas, remember it takes between 2-3 Weeks from ordering to delivery as each Monster is created individually.
