We cannot be held responsible for spelling mistakes made by our customers. If you are not 100% satisfied with your handmade Cardelicate card please contact us within 7 days of receipt to allow us to rectify any issues you may have. Once you have confirmed and paid for your order we aim to make and send all cards within 3 days of cleared payment. Please notify us if you require your card by a particular date.

All Cardelicate cards are well wrapped and sent in cello bags with additional card to offer protection. They are sent by first class post.
