Only if the item is faulty, or if I have made a mistake. This is because the items that you will receive are handmade and personalised especially for you. Please double check that you have correctly spelled wording for any personalised items. An item has to be returned within 14 days of receiving it; we are not responsible for return postage or for returned goods that fail to arrive. We suggest you send returned goods via registered mail to ensure you have proof of dispatch. This will be refunded to you once we receive the Items back.
This does not affect your statutory rights.

Items are handmade to order.
Please allow up to 7 days. Allowances should be made for busy periods, e.g Christmas, Easter, Mother's Day and Father's Day. Please quote your name and address in all correspondence.
We have broken the postage into 4 categories which allows for small items to be dispatched for a very reasonable rate of £2.00. For medium items the postage is £3.25. For large or bulky items the charge is £4.50. Please contact us and we will be happy to help.
