RETURNS: I am happy to accept returns for any reason, provided the item is returned within 14 days of receipt, unworn, in its original condition and packaging. Return postage will be at the buyer's expense (unless the item is found to be faulty). If you wish to cancel your order please contact me by email or post as soon as possible and within 7 days of placing your order. Please note, however, that it is not possible to return personalised, custom made or commissioned items.

CARING FOR YOUR JEWELLERY: Silver jewellery will tarnish over time when exposed to the air, so to keep your jewellery looking bright and shiny, a careful wipe with a silver jewellery polishing cloth will keep it clean. Please don’t immerse your jewellery in water or other cleaning fluids.

I offer FREE UK and International postage and packing on all orders.

I ship all UK jewellery orders by Royal Mail Special Delivery next day delivery and aim to have all in stock items dispatched within 48 hours of purchase. Made to order items usually take between 2-4 weeks for despatch.

All international orders will be dispatched by Royal Mail Airsure, if available, or the most appropriate service for your destination, so please allow a little longer for delivery (most services deliver within 3-5 working days).
