As a guide most of our bracelets will fit a 6/7 inch (18cm) wrist. Please ensure the bracelet fits your wrist as we do not accept returns on size errors - We can help - Let us know your wrist size and we will check the bracelet personally for you.

Returns
We offer refunds on any bracelet ordered online if returned unworn within 7 days of receipt. You must cancel your order in writing and agree with us when and how you will return the goods before the end of the 7 day period. If you believe the goods are faulty, then you must explain this at this time. When contacting us please enter 'Return/Refund goods' in the email subject box. Please state your reason for return.
We ask you to keep all packaging and return the goods as they were sent out - by 'signed for' post. For overseas orders the delivery charge will not be refunded. Please enclose the dispatch note that accompanied your order together with the items within 7 days of receipt. It is your responsibility to ensure the goods are returned to us in a saleable condition.
When sending your return, please obtain proof of postage in case the parcel fails to reach us, as we cannot accept responsibility for items lost in transit.
On the rare occasion of receiving a faulty item, then please contact us asap so we can arrange a return and replacement or repair. This is done entirely free of charge.

These bracelets are not intended for children.

Law and jurisdiction
Contracts for the purchase of Goods through this site will be governed by English law. Any dispute arising from, or related to, such Contracts shall be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

Being natural materials, Leather and Gemstones are inclined to minor imperfections. Variation in size and shade are possible. These features make each piece individual and add to their appeal.

Care
These bracelets are delicate and should be treated gently. Try not to twist them when wrapping round your wrist. Avoid contact with water and perfume.
