I am happy to accept returns for any reason, provided the item is returned within 14 days of receipt, unworn, in its original condition and packaging. Return postage will be at the buyer's expense (unless the item is found to be faulty). Please note, however, that it is not possible to return custom made or commissioned items, or earrings.
CARING FOR YOUR JEWELLERY:
In order to ensure the pristine condition of your jewellery it is advisable to read the below:
* Always protect your jewellery from sharp blows, scratching, chemicals, sunlight and heat/cold. Ideally store your jewellery in a soft lined box or pouch. Try to keep pieces apart so they don't rub together or tangle up.
* Don't let your jewellery come into contact with nail polish remover, perfume or hairspray.
* When washing your hands (*Never go swimming in your jewellery, Chlorine in swimming pools can damage jewellery).
