If when you receive your order you are not entirely happy. Please get in touch and I will do my best to rectify the problem. I want you to be thrilled with your picture and customer satisfaction is my top priority.
If you simply change your mind and want to return the item you are responsible for the return P&P costs. I will provide a refund on receipt of the returned goods. Please do your best to return the item to me in a resaleable condition and within 14 days.
I am sorry but I cannot accept returns on personalised products unless there is a fault.
There may be slight variations between the picture onscreen and the order. This is because I make each product by hand and therefore unique. There also may be slight colour variations between the images on the screen and the picture received which is due to the way colour varies slightly on everyone's computer monitor . I would be happy to provide colour samples free of charge prior to ordering should this be of help. Just get in touch.

I send out all my products within 5 working days and use Royal Mail 1st class delivery. In periods of high demand this may take longer but I will always let you know at the time of ordering and give you the option to cancel if you should wish to do so.
