To buy items from WowThankYou you first need to register on the website. This is because some details are required to track orders and keep you informed of progress.
To buy products, select ‘Add to basket’ on the item page and it will be added to your shopping basket. At any time you can see what’s in the basket by clicking on the basket icon at the top of the page.
Items will stay in your basket until checkout is completed or the website session is ended by logging out. The website also has a ‘Wish List’ where you can list items that you might consider buying prior to transfer to the basket and subsequent purchase. The addition of an item to the basket does not remove it from sale so if the transaction is not completed in a reasonable time it might be purchase by someone else.
When you purchase an item from WowThankYou, you will need to pay the seller directly. WowThankYou does not handle any money during a sale transaction. The most secure form of payment suitable for this is PayPal.
The easiest way to pay for an item is using PayPal. If you don’t already have a PayPal account it’s easy to set one up (www.paypal.com).
Some sellers accept credit and debit cards via their PayPal Pro accounts, this can be determined on the item page before purchase. Not all sellers offer this facility.
If you have items from a number of different sellers in your basket, you will have to pay each seller’s PayPal account separately. By carefully following each step during the checkout this is easy to do. You will receive an order number for each seller you purchase from.
The postage charges are displayed within the listing of each product description. These amounts are determined by the seller. Some sellers will offer a postage discount if you order more than one item from them in the same transaction. The postage costs for any order will show in the cart prior to check out.
Some sellers will post items overseas. Details are shown within the product description of a listing. Alternatively, contact the seller prior to ordering to see if they will post to an overseas address, and the associated postage costs for this.
