We will aim to fulfill your order within three full working days. Please note that orders placed after 1pm on a Friday will not be dispatched until the following Tuesday. If you require items urgently, please contact us before ordering and we will do our best to accommodate your requirements. If we are unable to complete your order as stated you will be contacted by email and offered an alternative delivery date.
All orders are sent by Royal Mail recorded delivery, all customers should make sure the recipient will be at the stated address for a signature. We can offer a special delivery service and customers must email first to book this service.
We do not accept any responsibility for any delays in delivery by Royal Mail, this includes industrial action. We also do not accept responsibility for return postage costs, items lost or damaged in transit, it is down to circumstances that are out of our control.
Opening Times 8am – 6pm Monday to Friday. Please note our biscuits will not be produced or dispatched over the weekend.
All money transactions are taken using paypal, a safe and secure way to pay.
Due to the uniqueness of our produce and the amount of decoration there are only two items that can have a message hand iced on to them, this is the Balloon and the Birthday Cakes, and these can only take up to eight characters. We reserve the right not to send a message that may contain offensive or inappropriate content.
Due to all our biscuits being beautifully homemade and hand iced colours, design and sizes may vary, from the photographs displayed on the website, however we assure you of getting a funtastic product. Please not that as we sell food products we do not offer refunds.
Regarding larger orders, i.e., corporate or weddings we will be very happy to give you a personal quote.
