Packaging:
All items will be sent in clean, suitable packaging depending on the item. All Cards are sealed in their own cellophane bag.
Postage:
If postage is chargeable it will be added to your order at time of purchase.
Delivery: I use Royal Mail - 1st class. I always get proof of postage.
Returns:
If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchased item, please contact me within 14 days (overseas buyers within 28 days) of your order being sent, to arrange for a refund (less postage) or exchange (less postage). Refunds/exchanges will only be made after the returned item is received back in a clean saleable condition and in their original packaging.
If your item has been damaged in transit, please contact me immediately with photographs of the damaged article and packaging.
Customised items:
These items are under-taken on a commission basis and are non-returnable/non-refundable/non-exchangeable. It is the responsibility of the purchaser to supply correct spelling, dates, numbers etc that will be used on the item. If the purchaser supplies incorrect information at the time of ordering, no responsibility is accepted by Created in Cloth as these items have been completed in good faith - unless proven to be Created in Cloth's error.
