I ship all my items in tissue paper or organza bags for jewellery, all the care in the world will be taken to pack and post your item so it gets to you in the condition it left in.
If for any reason you are not happy with the item you have received, could you contact me within 7 days of receiving it to discuss how you would like to proceed.
I always get a receipt for postage so once it has left my hands it is up to the UK postal service to do their job and get you your item so you can begin enjoying it. In the case of loss or damage during postage of which I am not in any kind of control, I will not be directly responsible.
Any refunds, replacements or other action will be at my discretion and is not the default response to this kind of issue.
Ruffle front make up pouch Regal Honey.
This flat bottomed zipper pouch is made from a beautiful Tanya Whelan fabric with a lovely cream regal pattern on a simple honey coloured background.
The lining fabric is a bold lavender cotton colour then is finished of with a simple cream zip.
The purse has been interfaced with heavy weight interface so its nice and sturdy
The measurements for this pouch are as follows:

Bottom width : 2 inches
Height : 5 inches
