Packaging

All your items will be gift boxed. Multiple items will be packed together. Please let me know if you would like each item packed separately or if you would like me to gift wrap your items for you. I can also add a message and send your purchase to someone else on your behalf.

Your whole order will be packed carefully in a padded envelope. I re-use bubble wrap and envelopes whenever possible to help reduce waste but please contact me if you would prefer all new packaging.

Returns

If you are unhappy with your purchase, please get in touch and return the item, unused and in its original packaging, within a week of receiving it. Please ensure you obtain proof of posting from the post office, which can be obtained free of charge.

I will be happy to give you a refund or exchange it for an alternative item once I have received and checked the item you have returned to me. Postage costs will only be refunded if the item is faulty. Also please note that in the interests of hygiene I cannot accept returns on earrings unless they are faulty.
