We regret to inform that all personalised items are made to order and therefore is excluded from this refund policy and cannot be refunded unless faulty.
Please return your purchase to us unworn and in the original condition you received it from us, with all the tags / packaging intact. We would strongly recommend that all exchanges and returns are sent to us by Recorded Delivery or with a Certificate of Posting from the Post Office as we cannot be held responsible for goods lost in transit. Goods are returned to Ellie Ellie at your own expense however we will send your exchange back out to you at no extra charge. You will receive your refund credit or exchange order (when in stock) within 10 working days of us receiving the goods. We endeavour to process this as quickly as possible.

Ellie Ellis does not believe in making money from postage and packaging costs. Therefore, Ellie Ellie aims to keep all her postage and packaging fees to a minimum and only to reflect the current postal chargers and cost of postage and packaging materials.

Packages are all wrapped in re-cycled tissue paper along with a box for items that need protecting in the post. They are all then wrapped in parcel paper (to reduce waste) and all recyclable, so please re-use it on another parcel or pop it in your green box.
All packages are sent by standard delivery unless postage is specified.
