RETURNS POLICY
Returns will only be accepted on items that are faulty or differ from what you ordered. Please note that return postage will be customers responsibility. Please return in original packaging within 7 DAYS, and I will send a replacement, or if you prefer, a full refund. I recommend you retain a receipt of postage from the Post Office as I am unable to accept responsibility for parcels lost in the post. No returns on personalised items unless faulty.
