DESCRIPTIONS & PHOTOGRAPHY
I aim to provide accurate information about all my work, with clear pictures and size information. However, picture quality can vary depending on the settings of individual computers. Also be aware that sometimes certain glass types can transmit and reflect several colours (especially dichroic and silver rich glass) and some colours (typically purples) can some times colour shift from purple to blue depending on the light source. This is not a flaw but a characteristic of the glass.

RETURNS
While I hope that you will always be happy with your purchase, if for any reason you are unhappy, please get in touch and I will aim to resolve any issues quickly with you. Refunds will be given for returns that are unworn or unused and in perfect condition, in their original packaging within 7
days of receipt. The cost of returning the item is entirely the responsibility of the customer and a refund will be only given for the price of the item purchased (not including P&P). NB – I am unable to exchange or refund earrings and custom orders unless they are faulty.
Please note that I cannot not accept liability for returns that go missing in the post, therefore for your own protection, I suggest you return any unwanted items by registered/signed for post.
