Paypal is the only form of payment I can accept. Payment must be received within 48 hours of purchase, otherwise the sale will be cancelled.

Refunds and Exchanges

Returns are at your own expense unless the item is faulty or not as described, in which case I will of course accept any charges.

My listed overseas shipping prices cover the costs of using the ROYAL MAIL service. This is the quickest service available, is fully trackable overseas, right up to the point of delivery and also lets me know when it has been delivered successfully. Unfortunately, it adds to the postage costs.
For countries where Airsure is not available, my prices allow for shipping by the INTERNATIONAL SIGNED FOR service. This is only trackable whilst still within the UK but requires a signature on delivery, which confirms to me that you have received it.
Within the UK, I normally send by First Class Mail or Recorded Delivery, depending on the value of the items.
All items are carefully boxed and packaged before posting.
Unfortunately of course, I have no control over what happens to it after I have posted it. There is still a chance that it may take longer to arrive than usual and I am very sorry if your package is affected.
