Handmade by Zenia will do it's best to describe, include images and measurements as accurately as possible. However, please note that some images may be larger than the actual size of the item. This is because we can show you more detail of the piece. For the measurements of the item please refer to the product descriptions.
While we make every effort to present colour as accurately as possible, due to the nature of glass, especially Dichroic glass, each piece can transmit and reflect several colours, this makes it difficult to photograph the true colours and therefore pieces may vary slightly in colour to the picture.
RETURNS
Please note that we are unable to exchange or refund earrings due to hygiene reasons.

Refunds will be given for returns that are unworn/un-used and in perfect condition and in their original packaging with any enclosed documentation within 14 days of receipt.
The cost of returning the item is entirely the responsibility of the customer and a refund will be only given for the price of the item purchased.
Please note that we do not accept liability for returns that go missing in the post, therefore for your own protection, we suggest you return any unwanted items by registered/signed for post.
