If you receive an item which has been damaged in transit (fingers crossed this won't happen!) please contact me and I will do my best to sort you out with a replacement or a refund.
I package all of my orders as safe and sound as I can to hopefully avoid anything like this happening.
If you do require a refund for faulty goods please contact me. The faulty item will need returning to me and I will issue a FULL refund PLUS any additional postage costs encountered through the buyers return to me.
