All the products on our shop are supplied by Just Bev Angelic Soaps/Just Bev Soaps and unless stated are made by hand at our premises. The contract of sale is between you “The Customer” and us “Just Bev Angelic Soaps/Just Bev Soaps”.
With respect we may change the terms and conditions and also the price without prior notification. The price quoted at the time of purchase will be the price paid. Please note that pictures are a representation of the products we sell and purely by the nature of the product they may appear different, although the contents will be the same, and the packaging may different. If preferences are not specified as to fragrance or colour the decision will fall to Just Bev Angelic Soaps and we will choose the prettiest one of the products.

Information
We will at all times try to be as accurate as possible in our product description and size specifications to the extent permitted by applicable law, however, we do not guarantee that the product descriptions, colours or other content available on the shop is accurate, complete, reliable, current or error-free. All sizes and measurements are approximate due to the nature of the goods. Our website may only be used for information and purchase of our products and services in accordance with our terms and conditions within the limitation of the law of liability.

Damaged Products
Any goods damaged through no fault of Just Bev Angelic Soaps cannot be replaced or refunded. If you receive them damaged from the post, please let us know and we will send a replacement.

Returns
Goods can be returned to us within seven days of purchase, a full refund or replacement will be given only if the goods are returned in their original packaging, and in a re-saleable condition. Any goods that have been specially ordered and specific ingredients included, not one of our standard products, we will be unable to accept these back and a refund will not be given. If the soap is faulty please do inform us and we will, where possible come to an agreement with you the customer.

Just Bev Soaps, aims to despatch your products within 3 working days of receiving you order. If for any reason your order is delayed we will contact you to let you know. Due to most of the products being made to order please notify us if you require them at short notice either before or after placing the order and will endeavour to ship them the same day or next.
Most orders will be sent 1st Class with Royal Mail, however there may be times that it will work out more cost effective for the customer to send it out via courier if this is the case we will notify you before doing so to double check how quickly you require the products.
