Due to the time and labour of making our products, we have a small amount of stock available on sight.

Our wallpapers and art prints are made to order and therefore have a 15-20 working day window which gives us time to make and prepare the purchase, and dispatch without any disappointment in terms of the customer.

The rest of our interior homeware will be dispatched within 3-5 working days, dependant on stock levels.

However, if you have an urgent requirement for an order, please get in contact before you place an order and we will do our best to meet your needs.

All information and photographs are approximate. Every product is hand-printed and handmade, therefore slight alterations of colours and dimensions may occur.

Colours are mixed up by hand and dimensions are measured to be as accurate as possible to that of the displayed item. However, the product the customer receives may not be 100% match to the product featured.

It is recommended by Laura Felicity to order wallpaper samples where appropriate, to make sure you are completely happy with the colour palette before placing an order.

Delivery
If a product is in stock, please allow 5-10 working days for delivery.

If a product has to be made to order, please allow up to 15-20 working days for delivery. However, depending on the size of the order, lead times may vary.

Before purchases are dispatched, we check and double check to make sure the product is in 100% perfect condition. If, when your purchase arrives, the product seems damaged, please let us know within 48 hours of delivery and we can investigate the problem.

Dispatches are sent out using Royal Mail Recorded Delivery and Special Delivery. For larger items/orders a Courier will be used. Please make sure someone is around, as a signature will be required.

Returns
We hope you are happy with your purchase.

However, if you are not happy please get in contact as soon as possible, as all products must only be returned after prior arrangement.

Please return the product in its original packaging within 10 working days from the delivery date in perfect condition, and we can either arrange a full refund or a product exchange if required.

It is recommended that you either return your parcel via recorded delivery or request a proof of postage. For large orders please use a courier. We cannot take responsibility for items damaged or lost in transit.

If you have purchased wallpaper, please check for any faults before hanging. We cannot be held responsible for any faults found during the hanging of the wallpaper, and will not accept any refunds or exchanges after this process has begun.
