In stock items are shipped as soon as payment is received

Most items are painted to order, therefore please allow 10-21 days for completion and postage of your item/s.

Every effort has been made to ensure photography, descriptions and details are accurate. However, all items are hand painted to order and slight colour and design variations may occur.

In some cases our china manufacturers may change the size or shape of an item slightly. Please also note that all measurements are approximate.
Please inform us if any of the items are needed urgently.

Your order should arrive within 10-28 days by Royal Mail or Parcelforce (if very heavy). We are happy to deliver to home or work.

On some occasions items may be delayed; if there is likely to be a delay you will be informed by email or telephone.

We will endeavour to keep you informed of delivery dates.

Returns/Exchanges

We want you to be pleased with the quality of our goods, but if anything does not meet with your satisfaction, please return the item(s) within 14 days for an exchange or full refund of the purchase prices.

Returned item(s) must be unused and in their original packaging.
This returns policy does not apply to personalised goods made to a customers specifications, such as commissioned pieces, except in relation to faulty or incorrectly supplied goods. Slight Seconds are not returnable.

In the rare event of a breakage during transit, please report upon opening your parcel, by email or phone 07805 066417, please retain the pieces and the packaging.

Any personal information given to us such as addresses, email and telephone numbers will be used to process and delivery orders.

Details may be held for promotions or special offers in the form of a mailing list. If at any point you wish to be removed from our mailing list, please contact us.

We do not send random marketing emails. We may send promotional codes or vouchers that we feel may be of interest to you.

UK Shipping is calculated by weight
Items shipped outside the UK are sent by Airmail. Worldwide postage is calculated by weight and postal costs.
