Returns:
L'elli Jewellery offers a no quibble returns policy. Please note that earrings cannot be returned unless faulty, for reasons of hygiene.

Our refund and exchange policy is here to give you peace of mind when you purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, please send us a message, we are here and happy to help. We strive everyday to have happy customers.

We will reship any item which arrives damaged, on receipt of the damaged item to our office (within 7 days of your receipt of the item). We request that you notify us of any issues, before shipping the item back to us. Shipping costs will not be refunded, but the replacement item will be shipped free of charge. We highly recommend sending all return items via recorded delivery as items can not be refunded until they arrive at our office.

In the unfortunate and unlikely event of your item breaking as a result of defects in workmanship or materials, the item will be repaired free of charge. Please send a message before shipping, to notify us of the problem.

On items which are custom made, we are unable to offer refunds for any reason other than those stated above.

If you have a problem, we are here to help and if the item is not suitable, we will be happy to issue a credit note for the full value of the item (not including p&p), on receipt of the item to us. This policy does not apply to earrings due to hygiene reasons.

To enhance the beauty of our items and to create the perfect gift, all L'elli pieces will arrive in beautiful high quality black velvet gift boxes, which are simply stunning and compliment the bright silvers of L'elli Jewellery. The gift boxes will be carefully placed into a protective cardboard outer and shipped to you.

Due to the custom handmade nature of our products we ask for a 2-3 week delivery timetable, however we are happy to help in making sure your gift arrives in plenty of time, so if you have a specific date in mind for receiving the gift by, we will endeavor to get the item to you by that date. Just leave a note on checkout with your date required by, if it is not possible to meet your deadline, we will happily issue you with a full refund.

The shipping rates are the same regardless of whether the items are shipped internationally or in domestic post. All items are sent in secure boxes, and posted by recorded delivery with the Royal Mail.

If the purchase is a present and you would like us to wrap and post directly enclosing a note from you, please say so at checkout and we will complete this service free of charge. (Don't forget to include the address for your recipient).
