Packaging

All your items will be wrapped in tissue paper. Smaller wrapped items, such as earrings and bracelets, will be tucked into a matte black envelope with my logo while larger items will be sent to you in a black gift box. Multiple items will be packed together. Please let me know if you would like each item packed separately or if you would like me to gift wrap your items for you. I can also add a message and send your purchase to someone else on your behalf.

Your whole order will be packed carefully in a padded envelope. I re-use bubble wrap and envelopes whenever possible to help reduce waste but please contact me if you would prefer all new packaging.

Returns

If you are unhappy with your purchase, please get in touch and return the item, unused and in its original packaging, within a week of receiving it. Please ensure you obtain proof of posting from the post office, which can be obtained free of charge.

I will be happy to give you a refund or exchange it for an alternative item once I have received and checked the item you have returned to me. Postage costs will only be refunded if the item is faulty. Also please note that in the interests of hygiene I cannot accept returns on earrings unless they are faulty.

I use Royal Mail First Class post for items sent within the UK and Airmail for international orders.

Items returned to me through non-delivery will incur a redelivery charge so please make sure your details are correct when you make your purchase.
