Once a personalised order has been agreed and paid for it cannot be refunded or cancelled due to the work already being started and there is no way to re-sell it. If the item is damaged or faulty please return the item once received I will resolve the issue by remaking the product or issuing a refund depending on your preference. If you have any problems with any of my goods please let me as soon as you receive it so I can rectify the situation without any ill will. All feedback is important to me, it helps me provide the best possible service and this is my aim.
PLEASE NOTE: All pieces are created by hand, so no two items are identical. That's the beauty of the product! Please allow for slight variances from what is shown in the made to order photos.

I aim to process your order as swiftly as possible. If the item is in stock then it can be sent out immediately, but made to order designs will be completed and sent within two weeks. If you have a deadline sooner contact me and I will endeavour to meet your needs. Please note that buyers are responsible for any and all duties and customs charges that may be incurred. If you are concerned about a special occasion it is always best to order early to avoid any sort of disappointment. If for some reason there is a delay in delivery I will notify you as soon as possible. I cannot accept responsibility for delayed or lost parcels due to Royal Mail or weather conditions.
Personalised Christmas Stockings
Made from linen and the softest cotton, a beautiful way of storing some little presents for yourself, partner and children. An updated and bigger version of my christmas stockings. They are perfect to be used to decorate the fireplace and create that cozy tradtional family christmas image that we all know and love.
A ribbon is sewn to the side for you to hang your beautiful personalised stocking for and then it's just ready of stuffing full of goodies.
There are so many different ways of personalising you are guarenteed to have a completed unique gift that can be kept forever.
Size approx. 60cm x 35cm.
Due to the nature of them being individually handmade each design will slightly vary in shape, button placement, and colour, so you will get a one off everytime. Buttons are chosen for their colour & texture, the more unusual the better, buttons and ribbons will vary from design to design.
Hand wash only.
This product has small parts attached and so children should always be supervised, although the buttons are glued and sewn on they are not 100% 'fiddle proof'.

You can chose between cream and beige background fabric and then chose a christmas fabric that you want your shape to be cut from. There are a number of shapes to pick from, your initial, a christmas tree, star or heart, or little deer head. Then you need to tell me the name you want stitching below the shape. This will be handstitched in a co ordinateing thread colour and I will also add buttons to match.
