We aim to despatch our items within couple of working days, if you order a personalised product or have a custom order the despatch time will be longer as it will have to be handmade and not in stock. Most items would be within a week and i will always contact you with exact timescale.

I post first class and airmail for international orders. I hope you will be pleased with your purchase but in the event it is faulty/damaged or you wish to return it to me i will refund the money to you plus original postage (not return postage) if you return the item in original packaging recorded signed for (to cover insurance in case of loss). I always obtain proof of posting certificate.
Due to obvious reasons i cannot offer refunds on customised jewellery or gifts unless they are faulty.
