Due to our products being handmade, you may experience some variation in colour, texture, fragrance, design or packaging between batches. However, we endeavour to maintain as much consistency as reasonably possible. If you do have any queries regarding your order, please contact us and we'll get back to you as soon as possible.

Returns
We hope you are happy with your Lovely Gorgeous Things but if for any reason you wish to return your purchase, please notify us within 24 hours of receiving your order so that we can try and resolve the issue. If an item needs to be returned, please do so via first class recorded delivery service or a courier and in its original condition within 2 days of notifying us about the return, after which a refund of the purchase price of the item(s) will be issued or a product exchange if preferred. We ask that you return the parcel using recorded delivery or a courier as the parcel is your responsibility until it reaches us and we are unable to accept responsibility for items lost in the post or damaged in transit. Items that have been opened or used will not be accepted for a refund. The cost of sending the goods back to us will be borne by you and the original postage and packaging costs are also non-refundable. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Our vegan-friendly, luxurious skin friendly butter is enriched with ingredients including Fair Trade Unrefined Shea Butter, Golden Jojoba Oil and scented with a gorgeous lavender essential oil – an excellent choice for tackling dry skin.
