The pure wool background of this barrette patterns in colours ranging from lime green, through blue to red and orange. Hand embroidered daisies pick out these colours in embroidery threads. The background for this embroidery is hand knitted in a wool yarn - moss stitch has been chosen to add texture to the design. The daisies are embroidered in bright shades of embroidery thread chsoen to match the colours in the background. The back of the barrette is neatened with felt and a barrette clip is securely stitched in place. Dimensions: Length of embroidered panel: 8.5 cm approx. Length of finding - 8cm approx.
