RETURNS:
I am happy to accept returns for any reason, provided the item is returned within 14 days of receipt, unworn, in its original condition and packaging. Return postage will be at the buyer's expense (unless the item is faulty). Please note, however, that it is not possible to return personalised, custom made or commissioned items.

CARING FOR YOUR JEWELLERY:
Silver jewellery will tarnish over time when exposed to the air, so to keep your jewellery looking bright and shiny, a careful wipe with a silver jewellery polishing cloth will keep it clean and tarnish free. Please don’t immerse your jewellery in water or other cleaning fluids as this can damage the gemstones and finish.

Maggie Bee Jewellery is supplied in a pretty branded gift box and comes packed in a sturdy posting box for its journey through the postal system. I aim to despatch all ‘in stock’ items within 48 hours of receiving cleared payment. Please allow up to 10 working days for customised or personalised items.

For orders under £30.00, standard postage is by Royal Mail 1st class Recorded Delivery post. Orders of £30.00 and over will be despatched by the Special Delivery Next Day service.

All international orders will be despatched using the Royal Mail Airsure service, if available, or the most appropriate service for your destination, so please allow a little longer for delivery (most services deliver within 3-5 working days).
