All items listed contain relevant measurements, please double check any bracelet and ring sizes before ordering. I am happy to adjust sizing if necessary before despatch, but once item has been sent, it will be at your own cost to return and resend the item if an error has been made!
I'm hoping you will be 100% happy with any purchases made but if you're not, please contact me within five working days of receiving it so that I can try to resolve it. If you wish to return the purchase for a full refund (including original p&p), it must be returned unused and in any original packaging. Return postage is the buyer's responsibility.
For hygiene reasons, earrings for pierced ears cannot be refunded unless faulty. This does not affect your statutory rights.

If your item is being made to order it will be despatched within one week, I shall contact you on receipt of the order to confirm timescales. Please note, no commission will be started without receiving payment first. UK orders will be sent using 1st class Royal Mail, unless otherwise noted in the listing. Outside the UK, items will be sent using Airmail, which can take up to five weeks for delivery.
If you wish to upgrade postage, contact me and I can arrange it. Items occasionally go missing in the post; I obtain proof of posting for all items so please contact me if you have not received your package.
