Small items are sent in a zip lock bag and jiffy envelope
All items are posted first class usually the same day as payment.
Custom orders may take a little longer depending on the nature of the order and availability of materials. Most orders are generally sent within 3 days.
I always obtain 'proof of purchase' with every item I send, please contact me if your item fails to be delivered withinin 10 days (Uk) (most should arrive next day)
If you need to return your purchase, please contact me asap after receiving it, so I can offer a replacement or full refund.
Please allow extra time when ordering in August, November and December as these are my busiest times

I work from my Hampshire home, dressmaking and sewing everything from clothes to woodlice (and any thing in between). I enjoy the whole process from designing the patterns to adding the finishing touches. Nearly everything I make is useful or practical too!
I make my own patterns so I am happy to make things to order if you see an item you like but would like a different fabric/colour/size or just something completely different just contact me and I will see what I can do to help.
