If an item is custom made to order Mrs Mac will begin to work her creative magic once payment has been received, so prompt payment works best for all. Ready to Ship items will be sent out once payment has been received. Please note that due to the handcrafted nature of Mrs Mac’s products there may be slight differences in each item.
Please contact Mrs Mac if there are any issues with your order. She really wants your shopping experience to be a happy one and will do her best to sort out any problems as quickly as possible. Please make contact within 7 days of receiving your order if for any reason you are not happy.
Item(s) must be returned within 10 days of receipt and please obtain proof of postage from those nice people at the Post Office. If the condition of the goods differs from that which was sent out, we reserve the right to refuse such returns.
Any refunds due will be issued via Paypal for the price of the goods only (postage costs are non-refundable). In circumstances where goods are not as ordered or damaged we will issue an additional refund of postage costs incurred while returning the order.

All of Mrs Mac’s items are handmade by her, some are ready to ship and others are made to order as per the description on the listing. Please allow 7-10 days for delivery if your request is being made to order. All of the items are gift wrapped and posted with care.
