Every effort will be made for the pieces to be represented as true as possible and the piece to be as near to the pictured item as is possible.

All items will be wrapped in Tissue paper, and Organza bag while possible, otherwise various boxes and and recycled packaging may also be used. Always wrapped firstly in Tissue paper and Jiffy wrap to protect them in transit.
Recycled jiffy envelopes will be used where ever possible, for the environment.
