I always strive to create high quality items and your satisfaction is really important to me. Jewellery is a personal item, and I appreciate that until you have the item in your hands it's difficult to know whether or not it is for you.
Either way, if you are not 100% happy with an item I'm happy to offer a refund within 7 days. Please contact me first to arrange. Please note that I cannot accept returns on earrings.

For UK customers my standard shipping is First Class which takes 1-3 working days. Unfortunately this does not include insurance, so for silver items costing over £25 I can send via Special Delivery. This is more expensive, but I think it's worth it!
For other items I can usually arrange a next day delivery, at a small additional cost. Of course, just let me know!
Internationally, I ship Airmail as standard, but can use Airsure if required at an extra cost, Airsure includes a higher level of insurance and enables tracking. Please let me know if you require this service when you place your order. Please note there have been delays with the postal service going into the US due to increased security checks. This can sometimes delay your parcel by up to a couple of weeks!
