Each item is individually crafted and therefore there may be slight variations in samples seen on the website. We understand that sometimes you may want to send something back so items can be refunded within 28 days of placing the order. Goods must be returned as new in the original conditions you received it.
We regret to inform that all personalised items that are made to order are excluded from this refund policy and cannot be refunded unless faulty.
We would recommend that all exchanges and returns are sent to us by Recorded Delivery or with a Certificate of Posting from the Post Office as we cannot be held responsible for goods lost in transit. Goods are returned your own expense however we will send your exchange back out to you at no extra charge. You will receive your refund within 10 working days of us receiving the goods. We endeavour to process this as quickly as possible.
