Orders
Most of our Items are made to order so they taste and look at their best.
The time it takes to dispatch an order is greatly dependant on how many multiples are ordered. We only have a few moulds of each design! Any item that will take a particularly long time will be made clear in the item description.
I aim to dispatch all small non personalised / custom orders within 3 working days. And personalised items within 7-10 days but please be aware personalised items may take longer dependant on numbers required.
Personalised orders are made especially for you and cannot be returned or refunded except in the case of faulty goods.
