Payment:
I accept payment by PayPal which is a very simple, straightforward process. You don't even need a PayPal account - simply pay through PayPal payment gate using your credit/debit card.
Returns:
If for any reason you are unhappy with your item, please contact me ASAP to arrange return of goods. Please do not return goods without contacting me first.
Returns should be made within 7 days of receipt of the goods using a trackable, insured service (at purchaser's expense).
Additional Information:
AIl sterling/fine silver items over 7.7g in weight are fully hallmarked in compliance with UK regulations.
Unfortunately earrings may not be returned (unless faulty) on hygiene grounds.
