PrintedOnRibbon offers a personalised ribbon printing service. You can have your own words or message repeated along any length of ribbon. The wording can be in a variety of fonts and will be printed onto the ribbon by means of a professional Thermal Transfer printing machine.
The ribbon used is good quality and is available in a variety of colours. The foils used for printing are of professional standard and are also available in a variety of colours.
The price per metre for this service is from 99p. For 10mm Satin Ribbon, single orders of 20m plus are discounted by 10% to 89p per metre. Single orders of 50m plus are discounted by 20% to 79p per metre. The only other charge is P&P which is detailed below. There is no minimum order, you can order as little as one metre (except for sash ribbon).
Payment
10mm/50mm ribbon orders are normally printed and despatched within 24 hours of receipt of order and payment via PayPal systems only. Sash orders will require additional time for ribbon to be ordered in for printing. For all ribbon, orders are only despatched once full payment is received.
Refunds
Ribbons are printed to order as ‘personalised items’ and I ask that you carefully check your order before sending it. As the ribbon is printed to your specific requirements I would be unable to ‘return it to stock’ and therefore am unable to offer a refund if you change your mind. However, as I only ever want happy customers, I will always listen to any concerns you have if you are not delighted with your ribbon and will always try to help.
All orders are despatched in excellent condition and care is taken to ensure they reach you in the same way. If however you are not happy with the condition of the ribbon when you receive it you should contact me within 24 hours of receipt. Any refunds given will be made by the same means as the order payment.

Any personal information you provide will be treated as confidential and will not be passed to any other party.

10mm/50mm Ribbon
P&P is charged at £1.99 per order for mainland UK and £2.99 per order for all other destinations unless otherwise stated. This cost covers your order being securely packaged in a bubble wrap envelope to ensure maximum protection whilst in transit. The ribbon itself is loose wound onto a cardboard bobbin and sealed in a plastic bag to keep it clean. All orders are sent by 1st Class Royal Mail post.
100mm Sash Ribbon
P&P is charged at £5.99 per order for mainland UK and £POA per order for all other destinations unless otherwise stated. This cost covers your order being securely packaged in a sturdy cardboard box to ensure maximum protection whilst in transit. The sashes themselves are individually sealed in plastic bags to keep them clean. All orders are sent by 1st Class Royal Mail post.
One metre of Old Gold personalised Mini Banner Ribbon
The price is for one metre of 50mm wide Old Gold decorative Mini Banner Ribbon (Florists 'Poly' ribbon) personalised in thermal foil lettering. You can order as many metres as you like - just change the 'Qty' number in the Shopping Basket (1=1m). The price includes all printing.
This ribbon is ideal for crafters attending Craft Fairs as it can be used around the edge of a table to shout out your message in the crowd (see photo). It can also be used for wrapping giant gift!
Along with the photograph of the actual ribbon I have shown examples of the different fonts and their colours that are available.
Note: This product is durable and re-usable, but care should be taken not to tear it along it's length. It is not washable. If you would like to ask anything before you place an order please contact me. I will always try to reply within 24 hours.

Please enter the message you would like printed on the ribbon below. There is no limit to the length of message. It will be repeated along the length of the ribbon with a 70mm (approx) space between repeats. Please check spelling, punctuation and use of letter case. I will print exactly what you enter here! The 'swirls' shown on the photo will be positioned around your message at our discretion unless we hear differently from you.
