I am Leanne Thurston, otherwise known as Rainbow Daisy! I am based in Cambridgeshire (UK) and specialise in creating unique items of jewellery. I use a combination of glass and recycled beads, along with semi-precious stones and metals, to create limited edition pieces of contemporary jewellery which are fun and easy to wear.
I am mostly inspired by nature. I spend as much time as possible outdoors and am often overawed by the colours and shapes that occur naturally in this world. I also get inspiration from the materials that I work with. I have always loved buttons and beads and like to find different and unusual ways of displaying them.
Due to the nature of the materials used all items are unique, although I do sometimes work to a theme and create several similar pieces. I am also happy to customise pieces to individual requirements or take commissions if preferred.
