Pricing
The price of each item is clearly stated within the descriptions. All prices include VAT. We reserve the right to alter our prices at any time. The price you pay is the price advertised at the time of placing an order. Shipping costs include all costs associated with packaging (including our exclusive black gift bags), handling and shipping.
Payment
We prefer to use Paypal's secure site to process payments as it allows us to ship your orders quickly. You can pay using your credit or debit card using Paypal even if you do not have a Paypal account. Please follow the checkout instructions to complete your order, where you will be given the option to either login to your Paypal account or make a one-time payment with your credit or debit card. Opening an account with Paypal is fast, free and secure, and will enable you to make further purchases without having to re-enter your details each time, so if you do not currently have a Paypal account you may find it useful in the future. Product Descriptions and Images
We make every effort to describe each item as accurately as possible. However, the 'vintage' nature of some of the charms means that they can be difficult to source, and as a result certain charms may have slight colour/design variations to those described, and the exact placement of the labels may vary. The location of the googly eyes may also vary from the product images shown, but this is what makes them unique and individual!

Delivery
£2.50 per order
We aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours of payment, but please allow extra time during busy periods. Any items that are not physically in stock at the time of ordering can take up to an additional 5 working days for delivery, although in most cases they will be delivered the same day. This includes any 'out of stock' products you have specifically requested, as well as Customeyesed design requests. This is to allow for the sourcing of additional charms and the production process. We will advise of any possible delays where applicable.
Returns
We make every effort to fulfil orders as quickly and accurately as possible. However, if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you can return it for a full refund (excluding shipping costs) or an exchange within 7 days of receipt. Please contact us before returning any items for full instructions, including details of the item you wish to return or exchange, and your reasons for doing so.
If the item you wish to receive in exchange is of the same value as your original purchase, we will send out the replacement at our own cost upon receipt of the returned item. If the item you wish to receive in exchange is of a lower value than your original purchase we will send the replacement at our own cost and refund the difference back to your account. Please contact us for further instructions if you would like to make an exchange for an item that is higher in value than your original purchase.
You are responsible for the costs of returning any items to us, but we will cover any postage costs associated with sending replacements. Refunds will be given for the actual cost of the item, excluding shipping costs. Refunds and exchanges will only be processed upon our receipt of the returned item, so it is your responsibility to choose an appropriate shipping method. Proof of postage is recommended.
We will not be able to honour any refund or exchange requests made after the 7 day period. Please note that in the interests of hygiene we are unable to refund or exchange earrings unless they are faulty. If you have any questions regarding returns and exchanges please contact us.

The brand was officially launched at The Clothes Show Live in December 2010.
Randomeyes Boutique takes an alternative view of the world and everything in it. We think it's time for the everyday objects we take for granted to stand up and be counted! We insist upon using black earwires, chains, clasps and findings on all of our jewellery and accesories to really make a statement. We hand-make all of our kawaii earrings, gumball bracelets, kitsch necklaces, quirky pins, funky magnets, alternative hairslides, unique keyrings and cute mobile charms to ensure that each piece is as individual as you. We have also added a brand new mirrors category, where you will find highly detailed, realistic mirrors in eight different designs! If you have an idea for any jewellery or accessories that we don't currently stock, you can request a Customeyesed product ... we aim to fulfil every request as closely as possible, no matter how bizarre!
