First and foremost I want my customers to be happy with the product they have bought. Any point of dissatisfaction I would like to address. You have the right to return your items (excluding earrings - for health and safety issues), so I respectfully ask my customers to do so within seven days of purchase. Items that have been worn or show signs of wear will not be considered for a refund. All bespoke or custom made and personalised items are non refundable, but i will repair anything that is a design or construction fault, items that have been worn considerably or show obvious signs of wear/abuse will not be considered for a refund.

All impressions kits are posted by first class standard mail within 48 hours of your payment.
Items which are bespoke or stated as customised will be sent out by Special Delivery which will require signing for. Any other item may be sent out first class recorded which will also require a signature. I keep a record of all tracking numbers so I can investigate missing parcels easily.
