If you are not completely satisfied with your jewellery, it may be returned to us within 30 days after receipt of the goods requesting a credit note or an alternative item of the same value. The goods must be unused and in their original condition and packaging and in a resaleable condition. We advise that you obtain a proof of posting receipt and to insure the items with the Royal Mail. Once we have received your goods in their original condition we will process your refund or send out an alternative item.
Items delivered broken or faulty must be returned to us within 7 days in their original packaging. Please contact SilverPaw Handmade Jewellery immediately to advise us of the problem. If a suitable replacement is not available, then a full refund will be offered. Items will not be credited or replaced if SilverPaw Handmade Jewellery considers the item to have been damaged through carelessness.
SilverPaw Handmade Jewellery does not offer a returns policy on earrings (unless faulty on arrival) due to hygiene reasons.
Postage and packaging costs are not refundable.

We have a flat rate charge of £3.50 for all orders sent to a UK address. The first item (per order) will be charged at £3.50 with all subsequent items on that order to attract no additional postage fee.
We do post all around the world....the flat rate for this is £4.95 with each additional item per order costing £1 postage fee.
