Sparrow Primitives' distinctive signature and sought after decorative wooden shelf blocks are all carefully and expertly handmade. They are cut and sanded in Sparrow Primitives' studio from locally sourced FSC approved solid wood, then handpainted and distressed. They have been finished with a protective coat of wax. No aspect of the work is outsourced, ensuring a top quality product. These beautiful blocks look stunning on a shelf or dresser.

The picture block measures approximately 10cm tall x 10cm wide x 4cm deep. The sign block measures approximately 7cm tall x 23cm wide x 4cm deep.

Our gorgeous and highly detailed hand painted picture blocks take many, many hours to produce, resulting in a fabulous product unlike anything found on the High Street. They are handcrafted, so slight variations will occur. We use only top grade wood but sometimes there may be slight imperfections as it is a natural product.
