Payment:
Payment is through Paypal, which can now also takes one off payments with debit/credit cards as a paypal guest.
Returns:
If an item is faulty the cost of return postage as well as the original purchase price/postage costs will be refunded on receipt of the item, provided Spiral Fountain Jewellery has been contacted in writing/email within 7 days and the item is returned within 21 days (ensure you have proof of postage).
Non-faulty items can also be refunded, included the original postage costs, provided contact in writing/email is within 7 days and occurs provided receipt of the item is at Spiral Fountain Jewellery within 21 days. The postage cost of returning the item in this case will not be refunded.

Items up to the value of £40 are sent First Class Royal Mail,over £40 will be sent special delivery to UK addresses. Items sent overseas are Airmail up to £40 value, then Airsure above this.
